Applicants & Application forms

Applicants should complete the application and medical forms and return them to the college administrator together with two passport sized photos and one full length photo in practice clothes. Applicants name and address should be printed clearly on the back of each photo. You will also receive a medical form which must be signed by your doctor, and your teacher will be required to provide an assessment/reference form. Completed application forms should be returned to the college administrator along with a cheque payable to Masters Performing Arts College, remembering to specify preferred audition dates. Please be aware that audition fees are non refundable.

Overseas Application

We welcome overseas applications and currently have a number of students attending the college from various countries. Candidates are offered the same audition dates as normal applicants and should complete and return their applications in the same way. However if they cannot make any of the audition dates they can audition by supplying a suitable video/dvd which follows the audition procedure above.
