applicants
Applicants should be 16+ and have a satisfactory level of either dance/singing or acting training with a suitable academic standard of education. In some cases the college will accept applicants with no previous training, providing they show potential and have the correct physical attributes.

applications
In order to maintain a high level of training and to monitor students progress effectively, the college accepts a limited number of students on the course. Application form, together with the medical form (signed by your doctor) along with a teacher’s assessment/reference form, should be returned to the college administrator together with two passport photos and one full length photo in practice clothes. Applicant’s name should clearly be printed on the back of each photo. Audition fee (cheque payable to Masters Performing Arts College) should accompany your application form. The Audition fee is non-refundable.

auditions
Entrance to the course is by audition only. Auditions are held throughout the year. Please indicate on your application form a suitable audition date (see attached sheet). Upon receipt of your completed application form, candidates will be notified of the audition procedure and the date. Parents or guardians are welcome to accompany a student. Under special circumstances and for overseas students, the college will make exceptions to its published audition dates. Please contact the college administrator should you require alternative arrangements. Successful applicants will be informed in writing stating the commencement date of the course. To secure a place the enrolment form should be completed and returned with the enrolment fee within three months of the audition date.

overseas applicants
For overseas applicants who are unable to audition at the college they will need to complete the details on the application form and where possible supply a cd/dvd recording of a short dance, or class practice, to accompany the application form.

tuition fees
Fees are payable termly in advance. Details of current fees may be found on the fee sheet attached to this prospectus.


health insurance
It is strongly recommended that all students take out health insurance prior to commencement of the course.
(All students must register with a general medical practitioner near their place of residence)


disclaimer
Should the college close in term time, due to unforeseen circumstances, no fees can be returned or compensation made for any period of tuition that may have been lost through the college's inability to carry out its work. Should a student wish to withdraw from the course, one full terms notice in writing is required. Failure to give due notice will entail payment of term’s fees. FEES ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING ILLNESS. RE: Scholarship Awards: Any decision to leave Masters before the end of the 3 year course, all fees will then be due for payment in full for all prior training received. All other disclaimer rulings also apply.
